Connect to Data Feed

Here is how you can connect to Data Feed from the start: 
Buying Data Feed / Getting Credential
  1. Go to my.deepcharts.com

  2. Go to Data Feed on the left.

  3. Click on Add data feed subscription


  4.  Click on desired Data Feed and Proceed with the order


  5. Then enter your card information and press Pay

  6. Upon Success you will be directed to here:
     

  7. Go Back to Data Feed and there you will have to sign the contract.

  8. Choose subscription status (non-professional) and enter your information:


  9. Once you have signed the contract and proceeded, go back to Data Feed and you will see your username and password (In the image, it is erased)

Connecting to Data Feed / Data Feed Setting
  1. Open the Deepchart Software

  2. Click on Select a Connection & Feed Settings


  3. Data Feed Settings
    1. Enter the name of Data Feed Profile (You can name this anything)
    2. Select the Feed Source you purchased
    3. Enter the username and the password you have received in the Data Feed in my.deepcharts.com
    4. For Server select Deepchart account
    5. For rest follow the image and click Save and close



  4. Click on the Feed Select Connection again and look for your data feed profile you have created and connect to it. Make sure the circle turns to green. 

  5. Then, click it again to disconnect. 

  6. Go to Option > Symbol Manage


  7. Make sure that your Exchange is set to your data feed profile. 
    1. In the list if you already see your preferred exchange, make sure to right click on the row of your exchange and the Data Feed Column. Then you can change the data feed source and press set.

    2. If you do not see the preferred exchange, you can select Add and search for your exchange and set the Data feed Source above
    3. After doing this, close out of the Symbol Manager

  8. Connect to your Data Feed Again.

  9. Open the chart and see your Data!
Connecting to Historical Data (End of Day Data)
  1. Open the Deepchart Software
  2. Open the Feed Settings (Select connection > Feed Settings)
  3. Click on Add Connection
  4. Name the data feed profile (you may name this anything you prefer) and select Feed Source : Historical. 
  5. Click Save once done and close the Feed Settings.
  6. Open the Symbol Manage (Options > Symbol Manage)
  7. Make sure to set your exchange to the Feed Source. To do this, you can right click on the Data Feed column of your preferred exchange and set the data feed to your newly created data feed profile. You also may add an exchange and set the data feed. 
  8. You can open new chart to see the historical data!
