Data Feed Subscription Shows “Pending Cancel” Status

Overview

If you have canceled your Data Feed subscription but the status still shows “Pending Cancel”, this is expected behavior and does not indicate an issue with your account.

Why Does It Show “Pending Cancel”?

  • Pending Cancel means your subscription has already been canceled

  • The data feed will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle

  • You will not be charged for the next billing period

This allows you to continue using the service for the time you have already paid for.

What Happens Next?

  • On your next billing date, the subscription will:

    • Automatically stop

    • No longer renew

    • Not generate any further charges

No additional action is required from your side.

Important Notes

  • “Pending Cancel” is a normal subscription status

  • Your feed access will end only after the current billing period expires

  • If the feed continues past the next billing date, contact DeepCharts support
