- Try a new installation of the software by disabling all Antivirus, leaving only Windows Defender active.
- Check that you have installed the package .Net framework 4.8 or later
- Check that you have enough available space on Local Disk (:C)
- Check that you have the latest version of the platform (version number is indicated next to the download button)
