Database Problems

Delete Data (DB Corrupted)
  • Disconnect the Data Flow and close all Work Plans
  • Go to Options -> Delete Data
  • In the Delete Data panel, select: 
    • Previous Date to the error (15 days or more is recommended)
    • Tick and Minute
    • Select the symbol(s) with the corrupted history 
  • Click the Delete button and wait
  • Close the Platform.
  • Wait 30 sec 
  • Restart Deepchart
Remove Database Folder
  • Access to: Options > Settings > Various
  • Copy the path  "Database Folder"
  • Disconnect the Data Feed, close all Workspaces and turn off Deepchart
  • Open Windows Explorer
  • Paste the previously copied path (Go to the pasted directory)
  • Delete the Database folder
  • Restart Deepchart
Lack of Realtime Data or Unavailalbe Data
Verify that you have subscribed markets correctly with the data provider:
  • Connect the data feed (Name of connection-remove check)
  • Close all Workspaces (Workspace)
  • Access Options > Manage Symbols
    • Make sure you have added the correct markets and that next to the Name there is associated the correct name of data feed connection profileif not:
      • Select Markets 
      • Right-click the data feed column) and in the drop-down menu dialog associates the market with the correct connection
      • Click on "Select" to save the change
    • Close window "Manage Symbols"
  • Reconnect the Data Feed
  • Open a new Chart
Data Feed Connection Failed

  1. Turn off the Deepchart Software
  2. Download Visual C++. link to download Visual C++.
  3. Restart the Deepchart Software and connect to data feed.
