How to Delete Market Data from DeepCharts (Software Method)
Overview
If your charts show incorrect prices, gaps, or stop updating, deleting market data from inside the DeepCharts application allows the platform to re-download fresh data automatically.
This is the recommended first method before manually deleting data folders.
When to Use This Method

Price chart is not updating
-
Gaps or incorrect prices appear
-
Feed is connected but chart is frozen
-
Minor data corruption issues
Steps to Delete Data from DeepCharts

Close all charts and workspaces
-
Disconnect all data feeds
From the main menu, go to:

Click Select Symbol
-
Choose the symbol you want to delete data for
-
Select 2–3 days prior to today and select the symbol
-
Click Delete
