Symbol Subscription Issue

1. Connection - Active Data Feed

  1. Make sure you have properly connected the data feed (Look for the green indicator in the Deepcharts Feed bar)
  2. Verify that you have purchased the appropriate data feed to analyze the market you are interested in

2. Symbol Subscription

Verify that you have subscribed to the markets correctly with your data provider:

  1. Connect the data feed (Name of connection - Remove check)
  2. Close all Workspaces
  3. Access Options → Manage Symbols
  4. Make sure you have added the correct markets and that next to the market name there is associated the correct connection name. If not:
    • Select the market
    • Right click and in the drop down menu dialog, associate the market with the correct connection
    • Click on Select to save the change
  5. Close the Manage Symbols window
  6. Reconnect the data feed
  7. Open a chart or workspace
